Penny is passionate about the power of HE and access for Widening Participation groups and has worked in Higher Education marketing and student recruitment for 25+ years. In her role as Director of Marketing and Communications at Nottingham Trent University, the institution became the largest recruiter of undergraduate students in the UK. Now CEO and Founder of Marketing Partnership, Penny and her team are best known for creating an engaged team of academic and professional services colleagues supporting student recruitment, increasing enrolments, and delivering more of the right students for their university clients. She is a CIM Chartered Fellow and an NED Board Member of the CIM.

Amy Bronze
Consultant, Marketing Partnership

Amy has over 17 years’ experience in university student recruitment, marketing and admissions spanning the breadth of HEIs from large multi-campus universities to private providers, to small and specialist institutions.

With a common goal of growing home student numbers at all institutions, Amy has delivered ambitious Clearing operations, launched new programmes, overseen significant tariff-raising projects and optimised main cycle recruitment strategies.

Amy is a specialist in admissions and understands the specific challenges encountered by small and specialist institutions. Her passion is in helping clients to identify and resolve friction in the applicant journey and working with academic colleagues to ensure their courses are optimised to stand out in the increasingly competitive HE market.
